  • Order repair service if necessary

  • Guidelines to set up the necessary owners accounts with local companies for Electric, Utilities and Telephone.

  • Including the cost for the following services: Pool and Lawn (includes weed control and fertilizer for the lawn not palm trees)

  • Will Set up Cable/Phone/Internet for an add. Fee, ask our Office about an Estimate

  • Power set up for and add. Fee

  • Utilities set up for an add. Fee

  • Home insurance set up for an add. Fee
