This high-quality Villa is close to a naturally left fresh water canal of the seabreeze Lake in a quiet residential area of SW Cape. On a fully air-conditioned living area of approx. 180 m2, the Villa has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, a living room with separate dining area and a reading area, a spacious open plan kitchen and a utility room with washing machine + dryer. The high-ceiling-style in all rooms gives a spacious and appealing impression. So can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. The outdoor area was created with paving stones. In the Centre is the 4 x 8 metre pool which is solar and electrically heated and this year-round invites you to swim. From the boat dock, you can start with our own canoe to discover the freshwater canal. The entire equipment of the Villa is characterised by a high quality and lots of extras. So are bicycles, NetBook + printer, DVD's, books and games free of charge.

  1. All prices shown are based on 7 nights (maximum of 6 adults)

  2. Minimum stay: 7 nights

  3. Extra rental  charges may apply for additional house guests (if applicable)

  4. Extra cleaning fee for the barbeque: $ 60,- 

  5. Baby Cribs and high chairs $ 25,-/week (if applicable)

  6. Down payment of 30% on signing the rental agreement, 70% due 6 weeks prior arrival date

  7. * Monthly rates are approximate rates based on 30 nights. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay. Rate is based on "Off-season" terms. Changes will apply for different season. Please inquire rates via email.

  8. Damage deposit will be refunded up to 4 weeks after check out

  9. Cleaning fees do not include fees for excessive defilement

  10. Power is included up to $ 25,-/week, for any additional power usage $ 0.16/kWh will be charged

  11. Cleaning fees shown are without tax! (6.5% sales tax and 5% tourist tax will apply)

  12. Extra Cleaning charges may apply for additional house guests (if applicable)

  13. 6.5% sales Tax and 5% tourist tax will be applied in the rental agreement
