The home offers room for up to six guests who are looking for a relaxing getaway. There is also a boat deck and its possible to rent a boat and with about
30 min through the canal you will arrive the big Caloosahatchee River and brings you to the gulf of mexico.

1. All prices shown for 4 People are based on 7 nights (maximum of 6 adults)

2. Minimum stay: 7 nights

3. Extra rental  charges for add. people is USD 110.00 per week

4. Extra cleaning fee for the barbeque: $ 60,- 

5. Baby Cribs and high chairs $ 25,-/week (if applicable)

6. Down payment of 30% on signing the rental agreement, 70% due 6 weeks prior arrival date

8. Damage deposit will be refunded up to 4 weeks after check out
